At Nelnet Business Services (NBS), I led the creative team as we refreshed the FACTS brand. This was a yearlong (and more) effort that touched all parts of the brand, and included the efforts of nearly all members of the NBS marketing team, as well as many people on the corporate team. 
Major projects included:
• Redesign and development of the website to integrate several brands into the FACTS brand
• Redesign of all sales enablement and marketing collateral
• Redesign of all brand videos
• Refreshed brand guidelines
• Refreshed Canva brand kits
• Development of Canva brand templates to enable self-service asset creation
