At Nelnet Business Services (NBS), I led the creative direction for a high-profile redesign of our FACTS website. This included incorporating geo-location of content for our global audiences, absorbing our Australian version of the site, and folding several branded products under the FACTS brand.
Typically, a corporate website redesign of this size would be a year-long process, but we had an aggressive goal of launching in only 8 months. This was a full marketing team effort to redefine the site architecture and navigation system, as well as rewriting content throughout. We developed a fresh design system and created all new graphics and icons. We worked with the development team to deliver the project on time and under budget.
